David joins Navigatus after graduating from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of science (Hons) majoring in mathematics. David’s focus at Otago was on finding new and practical ways to mathematically model real-world situations and he has brought this passion to the team.

Since joining Navigatus David has applied his skills to risk modelling and risk management to aviation, maritime and other projects. David also co-ordinates the AIRCARE aviation quality assurance programme and is involved in managing the Wakatipu Basin real-time aviation weather reporting system.

In his free time David enjoys playing, watching, and coaching cricket.
