We provide evidence-based insights and actionable opportunities for improvement

We regularly undertake audits and assessments for a wide array of clients, against a range of standards to provide the most useful insight

Major Hazard Facility

Navigatus conducts audits of the Safety Management System for MHF facilities. This includes review of system documentation, interviews, work observations and reporting, in accordance with Schedule 5 of the Health and Safety at Work (Major Hazard Facilities) Regulations 2016.

Our approach not only delivers an assessment of the MHF facilities, but also provides insights into the maturity of the overall safety management system.

Risk Management Maturity

Facilitating the assessment of health & safety management maturity using the Risk Management Maturity Model (RM3). This was first applied in New Zealand by Navigatus to the Auckland City Rail Link project.

The comprehensive and evidence based assessment identified a range of fresh insights and tangible opportunities for improvement across the whole organisation.

Aviation Audit

Navigatus audits agricultural aviation operators against the industry AIRCARE standard on behalf of Aviation New Zealand. The assessment evaluates safety and quality aspects of performance through review of SMS documents and field observations.

AIRCARE ‘Improves safety, simplifies compliance, guarantees performance and builds customer loyalty’.
