Adam has experience in maritime command under a wide range of situations. He takes a solutions-based approach to problems, applying his situational assessment, strategic level planning and decision-making abilities. Given his wide array of experience in a number of roles, Adam is comfortable with working in complex and uncertain situations, to deliver Client objectives across all industries.
